n8n
LinkedIn Content Generator
Built for a LinkedIn creator who wanted to stay consistent without spending hours every week.
A system that creates, designs, and posts content - in minutes
This automation helps creators publish high-quality LinkedIn posts regularly by turning a simple topic input into a complete, polished post with visuals. From research and copy to scheduling, it handles the entire process with human review built in.
Results at a glance
80% time saved per post
2–4 additional posts published weekly
4 minutes from topic to published post
The problem
Even experienced creators struggle to post consistently. Finding topics, doing research, writing, designing visuals, and formatting for LinkedIn often take more time than the post itself. The goal was to create a system that made content creation fast, structured, and repeatable.
The solution
We built a fully automated content engine that transforms a single topic input into a ready-to-publish post. The system researches the topic, gathers insights, drafts a post in the creator’s voice, designs an accompanying image, and queues it for approval directly in Slack. Once approved, it posts automatically to LinkedIn - or schedules it for a future date.
How it works
Input: Creator provides a topic and chooses whether to include AI or stock images.
Research: The system uses Apify and Tavily to gather relevant information and trends.
Writing: GPT-5 Mini generates the post copy, tone-matched using sample posts and writing rules.
Visuals: GPT’s image generator creates supporting graphics through Google Suite visualization templates.
Review & Post: Draft is sent to Slack for quick approval. Once approved, n8n orchestrates the final post to LinkedIn.
Impact
