Meeting Transcript → Action Items in Notion
Built internally to automate meeting summaries and convert conversations into structured, owned tasks.
From discussion to action, instantly
This internal agent converts meeting transcripts into clear summaries and actionable tasks. It automatically identifies owners, assigns them in Notion, and posts a Slack summary for review - eliminating the need for manual note-taking or task entry.

The problem
After every internal meeting, the team was spending time cleaning up transcriptions, creating summaries, and manually logging tasks into Notion. The process caused delays, inconsistencies, and missed follow-ups.
The solution
We built a lightweight agent that turns every meeting transcript into an actionable summary. As soon as a meeting ends, the transcript is processed to extract context, decisions, and next steps. The agent identifies the right owners using stored Notion IDs and automatically updates the shared tasks page, while sending a Slack summary for quick human verification.
How it works
Input: Transcript automatically received from Fathom after each meeting.
Processing: GPT-5 Mini analyses context and extracts key points and decisions.
Task mapping: Matches action items to the right team members using stored Notion IDs.
Approval: Slack notification prompts a quick review before final publishing.
Delivery: Updates the shared Notion tasks page and archives the summary.

No missed follow-ups or unassigned tasks
Consistent, accurate meeting documentation without manual cleanup
